Nasi Lemak Ungu Nasi lemak is a Malay cuisine dish consisting of fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. It is commonly found in Malaysia, where it is considered the national dish; it is also the native dish in neighbouring areas with significant Malay populations such as Singapore; Brunei. Bahan Membuat Nasi Lemak Ungu

  1. 2 cup Beras basmati (kebetulan ada).
  2. 600 ml Air rebusan bunga telang (air sesuaikan biasanya masak nasi).
  3. 65 gr Santan kental.
  4. 4 btr Bawang merah iris.
  5. 1 btr Bawang putih iris.
  6. 2 btg Daun kari (temuru / salam koja).
  7. 2 lbr Daun jeruk robek².
  8. 2 lbr Daun salam.
  9. 2 lbr Daun pandan.
  10. 2 cm Jahe geprek.
  11. 3 cm Lengkuas geprek.
  12. 1 sdt Garam.
  13. 1/2 sdt Kaldu bubuk.
  14. Secukupnya minyak untuk menumis.

Langkah Memasak Nasi Lemak Ungu

  1. Rendam beras ±30 menit, tiriskan, masukkan dlm pot rice cooker, masukkan sereh, daun salam, daun pandan, jahe, lengkuas, garam, kaldu bubuk, air bunga telang dan santan aduk rata.

  3. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, daun kari sampau harum, masukkan ke pot rice cooker yg sdh berisi beras, aduk rata, masak sampai matang.
  4. Aduk rata nasi, buang rempah nya, nasi lemak siap disajikan dgn teman² nya 😉.
