  1. Membuat adonan tangzhong : campur terigu dan air,sampai tidak ada yg bergerindil. masak sampai mengental,dinginkan sampai suhu ruang.
  2. Dough : susu,gula,ragi dicampur,masukkan tepung,tangzhong,susu bubuk,whiping cream,telur uleni sampai stengah kalis.
  3. Berikutnya masukkan mentega dan garam uleni sampai kalis elastis,bulatkan.
  4. Taruh diwadah yg sudah diolesi minyak.
  5. Tutup adonan dengan kain basah diamkan hingga adonan mengembang,sekitar 30 menit - 1 jam, tergantung kondisi cuaca.
  6. Kempiskan,uleni sebentar,dipotong menjadi 9 bagian.
  7. Bulatkan,pipihkan..isi dg isian apa aja sesuai selera,tutup. Bulatkan lagi.
  8. Susun diloyang yg sudah diolesi mentega,kertas roti,dioles mentega lagi. Tutup lap basah lagi diamkan 30 menit - 1 jam.
  9. Panggang di oven,saya pakai otang. Di rak bawah 30 menit,rak atas 10 menit. Atau sesuaikan oven masing masing.
