  3. 1 sdm baking soda.
  4. 250 ml air soda (sprite).
  5. 1 sdt garam.
  6. 1 sdt lada hitam.
  7. Tepung terigu lepas untuk balur.
  8. Creamy pasta.
  9. secukupnya Pasta lafonte.
  10. Susu Uht 250ml (ultra putih).
  11. secukupnya Keju.
  12. 3 buah jamur kancing.
  13. 1 siung bawang putih.
  14. 1 sdt lada hitam/ putih.
  15. 1 sdr garam.
  16. 1 sdm butter untuk menumis.
  17. Tambahan kentang.
  18. secukupnya Kentang.

Langkah Memasak Fish chip Creamy pasta ala Fish n co

  1. Marinasi ikan dori dengan lada hitam dan garam..
  2. Buat adonan tepung terigu, baking soda, air soda, lada hitam, garam. Balur ikan yang sudah di marinasi sampai terendam.
  3. Masukan kembali di tepung terigu kering. Lalu masukan kedalam wajan berisi minyak goreng. Masak dengan api kecil. Angkat lalu tiriskan.
  4. Rebus pasta hingga al dente, jangan lupa masukkan garam kedalam air.
  5. Tumis 1sdm butter, masukkan tepung terigu 1sdm, masukkan susu uht lalu masak hingga kental.
  6. Masukkan bawang putih yang dihaluskan, jamur, keju.
  7. Masukkan pasta lalu masak hingga merata.
  8. Fry pan kentang yang sudah dipotong dan dimarinasi lada hitam dan garam.
  9. Angkat lalu sajikan.
