Bahan Membuat Chicken Patty Burger

  1. 300 gr daging ayam tanpa tulang.
  2. 1 btr telur.
  3. 1/2 bawang bombay cincang halus.
  4. 1 batang bawang pre iris halus.
  5. 2 siung bawang putih haluskan.
  6. 1 sdm tapioka.
  7. 2 sdm tepung panir.
  8. 50 gr mayones.
  9. 1 sdt merica bubuk.
  10. 1 1/4 sdt garam.
  11. 1 sdt kaldu bubuk.
  12. 1/2 sdm gula pasir.
  13. Pelapis :.
  14. 50 gr tepung terigu cairkan dengan 100 ml air.
  15. 100 gr tepung panir.

Langkah Memasak Chicken Patty Burger

  1. Kocok lepas telur kemudian tambahkan tapioka,tepung panir,maizena, mayonese,gula,garam,merica bubuk,bawang putih,kaldu bubuk aduk hingga rata.
  2. Kemudian campur semua bahan aduk hingga rata.
  3. Tuang dalam loyang yang sudah dioles margarin (bunggkus menggunakan alumunium foil bentuk seperti lontong)kumus selama 30 menit hingga matang.
  4. Setelah dingin potong,,lalu celupkan kebahan pelapis gulingkan diatas tepung panir.
  5. Chicken Patty siap digunakan,/ bisa juga di simpan untuk Frozen food.
